Nivek started playing Realms
of Despair in October of 1994. He played many years as a mortal, and enjoyed all aspects
of the game. He became an immortal in September of 1997. His main responsibilities at that
time were to write code for the enjoyment of others. He quickly rose through the ranks and
he is currently an Exalted God with a seat on the Council of Elders. With this new rank,
he has many responsibilites and still does a great amount of code work for Realms of
Despair, he also looks for players that try to cheat others and deals with them quickly.
Nivek is player by Kevin London, a computer research associate for the University of
Tennessee, he is always coming up with new ideas to code, and spends alot of his free
time, trying to shape the Realms into a exciting and interesting place.
